HOPE ISN’T LOCKED UP

Our Story

This is where it all began.

These aren’t just sweats.

They’re Michael’s sweatshirt and sweatpants—sent to me from prison.

Every time I put them on, I feel a little closer to him. They bring me comfort on the hard days and remind me that even though walls separate us, love still finds a way to reach me.

The first time I had to wash his sweatshirt, I had a full-blown panic attack.

I know that probably sounds crazy to some people… but to those of us who love someone on the inside, you’ll understand. It wasn’t just a sweatshirt. It still smelled like him. Washing it felt like I was washing away one of the few tangible pieces of him I had with me. I cried, I panicked, and I dreaded pressing that start button.

Most people see an oversized sweatshirt and a pair of sweats.

I see late-night phone calls, handwritten letters, visits, missed hugs, hope, and a love that refuses to give up.

That moment made me realize something…

There are thousands of women carrying this same kind of love. A love that’s often misunderstood, judged, or overlooked.

And that’s exactly why we created Love on the Inside.

Not just to make clothing—but to build a community where prison wives, girlfriends, fiancées, and families know they aren’t alone.

A place where our stories are understood.

A place where our love is celebrated instead of questioned.

Love on the Inside isn’t just a brand. It’s a reminder that love doesn’t stop at prison walls.

If you’ve ever held onto your loved one’s hoodie, sweatshirt, or shirt because it smelled like them… this brand was created with you in mind.

Love has no walls.
